The Practice
We routinely advise clients in regulatory, policy and compliance issues. We also advise them on information technology, outsourcing, data privacy and protection, and contractual and interconnection agreements. Our media experience ranges from broadcasting and endorsement contracts to television show licensing arrangements and joint venture arrangement between media companies.
Execution
We have closely participated, and represented clients, in legal proceedings involving the Indian telecommunications regulator and appellate body, the information and broadcasting ministry as well as the various state high courts and the Supreme Court of India on various telecom policy matters.
