Shobhit Chandra is a Counsel in the Technology, Media and Technology and Data Privacy practice groups in the NCR office. His practice focuses on dealing with regulatory, transactional, and commercial contracting aspects in the TMT sector.   

Shobhit works closely with several Indian and multinational clients on areas such as data protection, intermediaries’ liability, encryption and decryption, cybersecurity, gaming, telecom licensing, and regulatory requirements He has also worked on due diligence and compliance charts. He has authored several articles in leading publications and also presented to legal teams from several multinational companies on aspects relating to data protection laws in India.

He has also been recognised as a recommended lawyer for TMT and Data Protection in India by Legal 500, 2022 Asia Pacific Rankings.
