BackKhaitan & Co advised TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd on the formation of a joint venture in India with the ALA Group, an Italy-based aerospace and defence supply-chain integrator, to address opportunities in India’s fast-growing aerospace and defence logistics sectors. TVS SCS will hold a 51% stake in the joint venture, while A.L.A S.p.A (through its subsidiary) will own the remaining 49%.
The Firm advised on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, drafting, negotiation, finalisation and execution of transaction documents.
