Beams Fintech Fund - Investment in Business Nextgen Finance Private Limited

Khaitan & Co advised Beams Fintech Fund on its investment in Business Nextgen Finance Pvt Ltd (BNF) as part of BNF’s INR 215 crore equity fundraise.

BNF is a technology-led non-banking financial company focused on providing secured credit to MSMEs across underserved and under-penetrated markets in India.

The fundraise was led by Beams Fintech Fund I and its affiliates, with participation from Baring Private Equity India Fund 6, Saison Capital Pte. Ltd., UNLEASH 1st Investment Partnership and other investors.
