BackKhaitan & Co advised SGS India Private Limited (a subsidiary of SGS SA, the world’s leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company) on the direct acquisition of Prescient Cyber Audit & Assurance Private Limited — forming part of SGS Group’s global acquisition of the Prescient Security group.
Prescient Security is a leading penetration testing and offensive security firm helping engineering and security teams validate defences, prove compliance and reduce real-world risk.

The Firm assisted on the deal end to end including diligence, and transaction documentation for the acquisition of Prescient Cyber Audit & Assurance Pvt Ltd.
