BackKhaitan & Co advised and assisted Jalaram Hotels Pvt Ltd in the affiliation of Balaram Palace Resort, Palanpur, with ‘WelcomHeritage’ brand, a joint venture between ITC Hotels Pvt Ltd and Jodhana Heritage Resorts Pvt Ltd.
Balaram Palace Resort is a heritage classic hotel, nestled amidst the Aravali Hills and within the Balaram Ambaji Reserve Forest. The hotel was originally the hunting retreat of the Lohani Nawabs of Palanpur, and preserves the royal Nawabi ambience, with antique-filled palatial rooms that evoke a sense of timeless grandeur.
