BackKhaitan & Co advised B8 Fund I, the Info Edge Growth Fund, in respect of its investment in Yes Madam.
Home salon services platform Yes Madam has in its maiden institutional funding round raised funding of ~ $5.2 million in its Series A round from B8 Fund I, a growth focussed fund led by Info Edge. Info Edge, through its B8 Fund is the sole participant in the round. According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to expand into new cities, strengthen its partner network, invest in technology, and improve customer experience while focusing on profitability and operational efficiency.
The Firm undertook the legal due diligence, and assisted in the drafting, finalisation and negotiation of the Transaction Documents.
