Vishnu Shriram is a Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group in the Mumbai office. He specialises in restructuring, insolvency, and debt recovery. He has advised and acted for a variety of stakeholders in corporate insolvency proceedings and pre-insolvency restructuring, including several marquee and high-profile cases.
With a strong litigation background, Vishnu has specialised expertise in insolvency and financial distress litigation, and all forms of debt recovery and security enforcement. He has authored a commentary on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and regularly appears and argues before courts and tribunals.
