Vidushi has extensive cross-border and domestic experience and has advised several clients, including on private equity investments, acquisitions, restructuring, strategic alliances, and general advisory relating to corporate and foreign investment laws.

Advised on the acquisition of Chaitanya India Fin Credit Private Limited and investment by Advent and Multiples in Svatantra Microfin for a combined total consideration of over USD 400 million.
Aadhar Housing Finance Limited
Advised on the sale Aadhar Housing Finance Limited to Blackstone.
Temasek Holdings Limited
Advised on investment in AU Small Finance Bank through preferential allotment of shares and convertible warrants for USD 130 million.
