Rafferty Developments Private Limited (special purpose vehicle held in 50:50 partnership by the flagship global private real estate fund of Brookfield Asset Management Inc and K Raheja Corp) in acquisition of rights to develop and market 15 acres of land at Raidurg, Hyderabad which pertains to transit-oriented development comprised as part of the Metro Rail Concession given to L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited;

Digital Edge (Singapore) Holdings Pte. Ltd. (joint venture partner in AGP DC Infra Two Private Limited) on acquisition of 47 acres of land situated at Thane and Navi Mumbai for setting up a 300MW hyperscale data centre;

Witwicky One Private Limited (a Brookfield entity) on acquisition of approximately 50,000 square meters of built-up area in the IT Park known as 'Bluegrass Business Park' together with development rights for the balance IT Park with an estimated built-up area of 64,000 square meters area together with leasehold rights in the underlying land situated at Yerwada;

Blackstone Advisors India Private Limited on the (i) title diligence and acquisition of a stake in the warehousing and logistics business of Allcargo Logistics consisting of properties in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Maharashtra, and (ii) title diligence and acquisition of a stake in the warehousing and logistics business of Embassy Group consisting of properties in Haryana, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana;

Brookfield Asset Management on the title diligence and acquisition of the commercial assets from RMZ Group for a value of USD 2 billion;
