Gaurav Dasgupta is a Partner in the Real Estate practice. With over 16 years of experience, Gaurav advises some of the most reputed international and domestic clients in complex transactions.
He specializes in real estate, corporate and commercial laws, insurance laws, banking and NBFC laws and financing/structuring. Gaurav has keen interest in the debt recovery process of banks and NBFCs, liquidation process and has been involved in various matters at the DRT, implementation of the SARFAESI Act and IBC.
Gaurav takes an active interest in academics and regularly teaches full time courses on Real Estate and Corporate Transactions and Due Diligence for LL.B. and LL.M. students at West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
