Brookfield on its joint venture with Bharti for four commercial properties totalling 3.3 million square feet;

Indospace on acquisition of land parcels aggregating to 36.31875 acres in Gurugram, Haryana;

Phoenix Mills on acquisition of various land parcels in Gurugram, Haryana;

Pioneer Urban on its proposed development management arrangement with Hines for a commercial project in Gurugram, Haryana;

Emaar on in-bound and out-bound joint development transactions for various land parcels situated all across India;
