Divya is well entrenched in and has diversified experience in the dispute resolution practice with an expansive practice before various courts and fora in India, and specifically in the fields of regulatory laws pertaining to electricity, airports and aviation.

Divya is actively involved in the formulation of strategy, drafting, filing of petitions / appeals and representing the stakeholders before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, Airports Economic Regulatory Authority and Airports Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal.
