Devendra Deshmukh is a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Mumbai office. With over a decade in the profession, Devendra has worked with various clients on a wide range of real estate transactions.
Devendra is actively involved in giving opinions on contentious matters, drafting, negotiations and finalisation of documentation, such as development agreements, joint development agreements, development management agreements, conducting agreements, consultancy agreements, service provider agreements, offer letters, agreements for sale / lease, sale / lease deeds, leave and license agreements, etc. Besides the above, he also specialises in undertaking title diligence exercises for agricultural lands and urban properties.
