Amruta Joshi

Amruta Joshi is a Counsel in the Real Estate practice group. She specialises in advising clients in due diligence of agricultural and city properties, acquisition and sale of real estate for residential, commercial and industrial purpose (data centers, warehousing, IT Parks and IIAs), development and redevelopment of various properties under diverse development control regulations including society and cluster redevelopments, slum rehabilitation, commercial leasing for warehousing, restaurants, theatres, schools, retail spaces and office spaces.

In addition to conventional brick and mortar, Amruta advises on hospitality transactions to property owners as well as leading/ luxury hotel chain operators.
