Stakeboat Capital - Investment in Quick Clean Private Limited

Khaitan & Co advised Stakeboat Capital, as lead investor through Stakeboat Capital Fund II, in its Series B investment in Quick Clean Private Limited, alongside co-investment from existing investors Alkemi and Blue Ashva Capital. The aggregate investment by the investors in Quick Clean Private Limited was INR 133 Crores (about USD 14 Million).

The Firm role included legal due diligence on the Company and the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents and assistance with the closing of the transaction.
