Khaitan & Co advised and assisted Bagaria Commercial Company in connection with the sale of its premium commercial property situated at 10D/2 Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata, to Musaddi Real Estate Construction LLP. The scope of assistance included advising the Client on the transaction structure and documentation, negotiating and finalising the Deed of Conveyance, and reviewing and negotiating other ancillary transaction documents and related matters to facilitate completion of the transaction.
