BackKhaitan & Co advised a consortium of resolution applicants comprising Oberoi Realty Ltd, Shree Naman Developers Pvt Ltd, and JM Financial Properties and Holdings Ltd in relation to legal due diligence, title due diligence and submission of resolution plan for Hotel Horizon Pvt Ltd under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The resolution plan submitted by the consortium proposing resolution of liabilities of around 1,300 Crores and dealing with the Hotel property located in Juhu, Mumbai was unanimously approved by the Committee of Creditors and the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.
