BackKhaitan & Co acted as legal advisors to Nido Home Finance Ltd (“Issuer”) for filing of the Draft Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") and BSE Ltd ("BSE"), and filing of the Prospectus with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai, SEBI and BSE for the public issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures for a base issue of INR 1,000 million with a green shoe option up to INR 1,000 million aggregating up to INR 2,000 million.
