USD 1.25 billion, (c) investments in Shriram City Union Finance, Cholamandalam Investments, GlobalLogic, Inc., among others.

Advised of investments in CMS Computers Limited, Jagran Prakashan, and exits from Gokaldas Exports Limited and MTAR Technologies Private Limited, among others

TA Associates

Advised on several of the Indian investments, including in Tega Industries Limited for approx USD 40 million, ACT Technologies with investment value of approx USD 500 million, and IndiaIdeas.com Limited (Billdesk), and exit from Dr Lal PathLabs.

Sibur leading Russian petrochemicals company

Advised on its USD 450 million joint venture with Reliance Industries Limited.

Clayton, Dublier & Rice

Advised on carve-out acquisition of Ashland Water Technologies business of Ashland, Inc. for approx USD 1.8 billion.

Advent International Corporation

Advised on buy-out of Manjushree Technopack Limited from its promoters and Kedaara Capital.
