Being in practice for over 20 years, Aakash has been advising on private equity investments and exits, complex M&A acquisitions and strategic alliances. Aakash is also a member of the Management Team at Khaitan & Co.

Advised on several other investments, including sale of its stake in Brookfield’s Downtown Powai, Mumbai and Candor TechSpace (totaling 6.5 million square feet) for a combined enterprise value of USD 1.4 billion to GIC and Brookfield India REIT.
Bain Capital
Advised on its investment in RSB Industries.
Advent International
Advised on its USD 1.6 billion exit from Bharat Serum, among several other investments and exits.
Blackstone
Advised on the acquisition of Embassy Industrial Parks from Warburg Pincus and Embassy Group, its joint venture with Hiranandani Group for logistics business and acquisition of controlling stake in Allcargo Limited’s logistics business, among several other investments and exits.

Advised on several exits and investments, including Healthium Medtech iGATE Corporation, Shriram City Union Finance and Cholamandalam Investments.

Advised on several investments, including acquisition of L&T’s electrical division, along with Schneider, for approx USD 2.1 billion, ShareChat, PolicyBazaar, SBI Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Glenmark, Crompton Greaves Limited, Intas Pharmaceuticals, Manthan Software Services, Staragri Warehousing and Oberoi Reality.
