Multiplex Association of India | Writ Petition before the Karnataka High Court

Khaitan & Co represented the Multiplex Association of India before the Karnataka High Court challenging the Karnataka Cinemas Regulation Amendment Rules 2025, that had introduced capping cinema ticket prices at INR 200. The Court stayed the amendment, pending further hearing on legislative competence, delegated powers and constitutional rights.
