BackKhaitan & Co advised Just Climate LLP on its follow-on investment of INR 6.22 billion (c. USD 67.5 million) in Continuum Green Energy (following their previous investment of USD 150 million in September 2024).

About Continuum Green Energy: Continuum Green Energy Limited is one of the leading renewable energy groups in India focused on supplying green energy to commercial and industrial consumers through a portfolio of renewable energy generation assets in India.
The Firm was involved in providing end-to-end legal support to Just Climate LLP, including: (i) advice on structuring; (ii) negotiation of transaction documents; and (iii) assistance with signing and closing of the transaction documents.
