Kusumgar Limited - Pre-IPO Investments

Khaitan & Co advised Kusumgar Ltd in relation to their pre-IPO round, which saw investments from WhiteOak, Motilal Oswal, Edelweiss and Spark. 

The Firm advised on all aspects of the transaction including advisory on structuring aspects, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and assisting with the closing of the transaction.
