Founded by Falguni Peacock and Shane Peacock, FSP has grown into a luxury couture house celebrated for its intricate craftsmanship, couture sensibility, and distinctive design language. Deeply rooted in India’s cultural heritage, the brand has consistently taken Indian couture to the world—dressing global icons, shaping red-carpet moments, and redefining modern luxury from an Indian lens.
The Firm acted as the legal counsel to the RPSG Ventures Ltd and advised and assisted them on structuring of the transaction, legal due-diligence, and drafting, negotiation, finalisation and execution of definitive agreements relating to the transaction.
