Vivek regularly represents financial sponsors, investee entities, and corporations on both financial and strategic domestic and cross-border M&A, investments, joint ventures, and restructurings across industries including, technology, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
Vivek also actively advises clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, where his representations have included entities in the technology, insurance, healthcare, mobility, and manufacturing sectors.
