Trivikram Khaitan is a Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Kolkata office. His expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, foreign collaborations, technology transfer arrangements and all matters relating to FEMA, NBFC and SEBI. Trivikram handles various corporate matters and regularly appears before National Company Law Tribunal.
In the capital markets space, Trivikram has handled and advised clients on IPOs, rights issue, private equity, foreign offerings such as GDRs, FCCBs. His practice also involves working on real estate matters, litigations and arbitration matters.
