Sukanya is a Director at KCO. She manages Corporate practice of the firm and Delhi NCR offices’ strategic growth. She was part of the team that started ARISE, KCO’s DEI initiative. She was previously a Fulbright fellow at Harvard Law School.
She used to practice corporate law in India and US before transitioning to law firm management in 2019. She advised on deals including investments, M&A, buy-outs and secondary sales. She is qualified to practice in India, Massachusetts and New York. She has been associated with the Firm since 2012, initially in its Mumbai office and now in its Delhi NCR office.
