Subhayu Sen is a Partner in the Capital Markets Practice Group in the Mumbai office. With close to two decades in the profession, Subhayu has advised numerous clients on a range of capital market transactions including initial public offerings, follow on offerings, rights issues, private placements and qualified institutions placements. He has also advised private equity investors who seek an exit, as selling shareholders. As on date, he has been involved in the execution of approximately 100 capital market transactions.
