With more than a decade experience working in boutique IP firms and IP teams of Tier 1 full-service firms, Sourav’s expertise in advising Indian and global clients in intellectual property extends to the entire lifecycle (prosecutions/filings, enforcement actions, contentious matters & disputes, management, and transactional & advisory work) of intellectual property. He also specialises in advises on open-source software advisory and compliance aspects.
