Roshnek Dhalla is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group at the firm's Mumbai office. Prior to joining the Firm, Roshnek was a Partner at Little & Co., Mumbai. 


Roshnek specializes in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, regulatory and general corporate law advisory. She has advised a diverse range of international and domestic clients across sectors such as news and media, IT, defense, infrastructure, construction, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Roshnek’s deep understanding of cross-border transactions and regulatory frameworks makes her a go-to advisor for complex corporate structuring and compliance mandates.
 

In addition to her corporate practice, Roshnek leads the firm’s Fine Art Practice, representing private collectors, auction houses, dealers, museums, corporates, and institutions. Her work in this sector spans beyond disputes, covering areas such as the sale and purchase of art and antiquities, standard business terms for key market players, cross-border movement of artworks, and issues related to looted or stolen art.
