Rohan is a Partner in the Corporate practice group. Rohan has experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition advisory and general corporate advisory. He routinely works with financial sponsors and strategic investors across multiple sectors, with a special focus on real estate and manufacturing sectors. Rohan also advises underwriters and buyers of transactional liability insurance products.
Rohan had also seconded with Brookfield Asset Management (India Real Estate team) and assisted them in listing of their hospitality asset (Leela hotels).
