Ritika Vardhan is a Counsel in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice group. She specializes in corporate and commercial transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, strategic alliances and route advisory on all aspects of Indian corporate and foreign investment laws.
Ritika advises private equity funds and other financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of transactions across. She routinely advises clients in a range of transactions, including healthcare, IT & ITES, manufacturing, real estate and financial services.
