Advised on its exit from Healthium Medtech Limited, a leading Indian medical devices company, through the sale of its stake to KKR for an enterprise value of approximately INR 7,000 crore. The transaction was recognised as one of the IBLJ Deals of the Year 2024
TPG Growth
Advised on its acquisition of a majority stake in Siemens Gamesa’s onshore WTG business in India and Sri Lanka, as part of a strategic partnership with Siemens Gamesa and MAVCO to create an independent renewable energy platform
Advent International Corporation
Advised on the acquisition of: (a) RA Chem Pharma Limited, a pharmaceutical CDMO and manufacturer of APIs and formulations; and (b) Avra Laboratories Private Limited, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on APIs, intermediates, and custom synthesis services
