Prathiksha is a Counsel in the capital markets practice group in the Bengaluru office. She has advised issuers, selling shareholders and investment banks (both domestic and global) in a wide range of securities offerings and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, qualified institutions placements, domestic and overseas debt issuances, and block trades.
She advises clients on various aspects of securities laws, including SEBI listing regulations, insider trading regulations, re-classification of promoters and corporate governance norms. She has assisted clients in developing and implementing insider trading compliance policies and frameworks.
