Prateek Bhandari is a Counsel in the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources practice group in the Delhi NCR office. Prateek has extensive experience in commercial laws, corporate laws, infrastructure projects and mergers & acquisitions in oil & gas, renewable energy, airports, railways, roadways, urban infrastructure and ports sectors. 

Prateek advises concession authorities, developers, investors, EPC and O&M providers on tendering / bidding, regulatory, project development and operational issues. He has acted for investors on the acquisition of power, ports, oil & gas and other infrastructure projects. Prateek also advises on aircraft / rig chartering and sale transactions.

Advised Osaka Gas Co. Ltd. (Daigas Group, Japan) (through its affiliate Osaka Gas Singapore Pte. Ltd.) on its investment of up to USD 120 million, along with JOIN (Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport & Urban Development), in AG&P CGD HoldCo SPV3 (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
