The Blackstone Group on several exits, including: (a) majority shareholding in CMS Info Systems Limited to Baring Private Equity Asia; (b) entire shareholding in Gateway Rail Freight Limited to Gateway Distriparks Limited; (c) majority shareholding of Gokaldas Exports Limited and conduct of public open offer process; (d) significant minority stake in MTAR Technologies Private Limited; and (e) entire shareholding in CMS IT Services Private Limited

The Blackstone Group on its proposed investments in: (a) financial services and asset management companies; and (b) global IT services company
