She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, inbound and outbound investment from India, secondary sales and general corporate advisory. She regularly advises Indian and international clients on cross-border transactions, regulatory structuring and strategic investments across a broad spectrum of sectors including information technology, manufacturing, hospitality, alco beverages, semiconductors, new-age technology and leisure and consumer goods.
Nimisha has in-depth knowledge and expertise in providing general day-to-day corporate advisory advice on commercial contracts, stock acquisitions, private equity business/asset transfers, licensing arrangements, internal reorganization / restructuring issues and secretarial matters.
