Nilanjan Ghose

Nilanjan is the Chief Operating Officer and has been part of Khaitan & Co for over two decades. He started his career in Khaitan & Co’s Kolkata office and moved to Mumbai in 2001 to set up the Mumbai office of the Firm along with the core group of partners. Since then he has moved from his professional legal career to a Firm management role and has been successfully coordinating all major firm developmental plans undertaken by Khaitan & Co over the years. Nilanjan manages overall operations of all offices of the Firm, including its technology and compliance platforms.

Over the years Nilanjan has been instrumental in integrating all offices and maintaining uniform infrastructure, systems and processes. Being an old hand, Nilanjan brings in a lot of synergy which ultimately acts as one of the key growth engine for the Firm.
