Kabir Bogra is a Partner in the Indirect Tax Practice Group in the New Delhi office. Kabir specialises in advising clients on operational structuring, tax credit optimisation, international trade issues and representing clients in specialised investigations.
He has extensive experience in advising companies on establishing operations in India, which includes advise on market entry, market access, regulatory requirements and product compliances. He routinely works with companies on seeking solutions to complex regulatory issues by facilitating and leading discussions with the regulators.
Kabir also advises, represents and handholds clients in special revenue investigations. He has advised several large international and domestic corporations in limiting the scope of investigations, ring fencing senior management and ensuring business continuity. Apart from the above, Kabir also advises companies in understanding and resolving issues in international sanctions.
