A leading systemically important non depositing taking non-banking financial company on availing external commercial borrowings from multiple international banks and financial institutions by way of JPY/USD denominated term loan facility for onward lending purposes;

Various Indian solar power developers on availing external commercial borrowings from consortium of lenders for construction and operation of solar PV projects and rooftop solar power projects in various locations across India such as Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana;

YES bank Limited in relation to financing of approx. USD 348 million for setting up a strategically important inter-state transmission project;
