Ashish Mehta

Ashish Mehta is a Partner in the Direct Tax Practice Group in the Mumbai office. He specialises in advising clients on domestic and international taxation matters across various sectors.

Ashish has built his niche in direct tax litigation, advising on matters pertaining to offshore assets investigations and exchange of information and tax aspects of real estate transactions (joint development agreements, construction contracts, etc.). 

Ashish also has the experience of advising and representing clients (along with local counsel) before various authorities and courts in various offshore jurisdictions like the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Singapore and more.
