Arvind Kumar Ray

Arvind is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group at our New Delhi office. He is also a qualified Company Secretary and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Arvind has experience in civil and commercial litigation. He has represented clients in international and domestic arbitrations, both from the claimant's as well as the respondent's side. Arvind has also appeared in and represented clients before the Supreme Court, various state High High Courts, District Courts and special tribunals including the National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Forums and Competition Commission of India. He also advises on preventive measures in commercial contracts.
