Arvind Jhunjhunwala is an experienced lawyer with qualification and experience both in the corporate and in the litigation field. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and has actively handled various corporate works including advisory on FEMA, SEBI Takeover Regulations, Carbon Credits and Forex Derivatives. He has also advised on several capital market issues including QIPs, IPOs, private equity investments, takeovers, delisting and related issues.
He also possesses sound knowledge of land matters and has advised on several matters concerning provisions of WB Estates Acquisition Act and WB Land Reforms Act. He also has good working knowledge of copyright and trademark matters and has successfully handled several such matters. He has independently handled several corporate and non-corporate litigation including ICC arbitrations.
