Abhimanyu Pal is a Counsel with the Employment Labour and Benefits (ELB) practice of Khaitan & Co.

He has advised various prominent domestic and international clients on labour and employment related matters. Some of the matters include drafting and reviewing of employment and consultancy related agreements, non-disclosure agreements, drafting of labour law compliance manuals, employment manuals, various human resource and personnel policies, conducting labour audits and assisting in various labour and employment related due diligence.
