BackKhaitan & Co advised and assisted Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Pvt Ltd (an investment company of the HCL Group) on its joint venture with Foxconn Hon Hai Technology India Mega Development Pvt Ltd for establishment and operation of an outsourced semiconductor assembly and test factory in India.
The Firm assisted and advised Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Pvt Ltd with reviewing, negotiating and finalising the definitive agreements comprising of the joint venture agreement and the technology license agreement.
