BackKhaitan & Co advised Triton Fund II (Triton) with respect to its minority investment in Scikiq Data Pvt Ltd (Company), in its Series A funding round (Transaction).
The Company is engaged in the business of licensing and commercialisation of a platform called SCIKIQ, through which it provides no-code data analytics and artificial intelligence/ machine learning solutions.
The Firm acted as the legal counsel for Triton and assisted them in undertaking a legal due diligence on the Company, in drafting, negotiating and finalising the Transaction documents, and also provided execution, pre- closing and closing assistance to Triton.
