BackKhaitan & Co advised The University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners Company Ltd (UTEC) in connection with fund raise by Maieutic Semiconductors Pvt Ltd ("Company") by way of primary issuance in the series seed funding round led by The University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners, Japan, along with participation from Indian venture capital firms Endiya Partners and Exfinity Venture Partners.
The Firm role included assistance with preparation, negotiation and finalisation of transaction documents; closing assistance; and other ancillary advise to the Company in relation to the transaction.
