Aniket Agarwal is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Kolkata office. He specialises in corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, demergers, reconstructions and capital and debt reorganisation.  Aniket also has considerable experience in other areas of practice and advises clients on various aspects of law, including family arrangements, securities laws, joint ventures and other commercial contracts, constitutional writs, suits, mismanagement and oppression petitions, insolvency and winding up and other commercial and civil litigation.
